[How to Fix] iPhone Calendar changing Event time by hours ?

iPhone Calendar Changing Event Time by Hour? [fix 2022]:- Many iPhone users are facing problems in creating an event in iCalendar and setting it at a specific time. When you create an event in the iCalendar app, and after you save it, iCal will automatically change the time back to 4 hours ago. This is happening in all different types of calendars including Google Calendar. The event time is changed by the event by 4 or 5 hours.

iPhone calendar events are being randomly set for the wrong time. The issue is with the random event and not happening with every event on the iphone. The problem is also seen on iPhone 13 Pro Max, 12 etc with iOS 15 and iCloud Calendar.

Why is the Calendar app changing the time of my event?

The case appears to be of a special nature. If I save an event as 'All Day' and then come in later to update the time at a specific time, Calendar saves it as 4 hours ago. This appears to be a bug in the iOS and Apple Calendar apps that is causing random rescheduling of events in Apple, iCloud Calendar.

How To Fix iPhone Calendar Event Time Keeps Changing: iPhone 13,12, XR, XS Max, 11, iPad, iOS 15.4

Solution: Use the web browser version

It appears that the iPhone's Calendar app is changing the time of the event. If you're using Google Calendar, you can use a web browser to create events in Google Calendar to set up calendar events. This will create the correct event time and it will not change.

Edit a second time

Another solution to fix the problem is to make a second edit of the event so that it can be changed from Apple to periodic at random times. After this Apple will no longer change the data.

Delete and create a new event

The problem is when you change the 'all day event to a specific time, the calendar saves it as 4 hours ago. Try creating a new event directly with the time mentioned as a workaround. It seems to work normally.

Check Date Time Settings

Another common solution is to try the date-time setting. To make sure your time zone is correct, check iPhone date and time settings. You can do this in Settings > General > Date & Time.

Next check to see if "Time Zone Override" is enabled in Settings > Calendar.

Report Problem to Apple and Update iOS

It seems to be a problem with the Apple Calendar app and has been observed on iOS 15 on iPhone and iPad devices. Please report the problem to Apple and keep updating to the latest iOS version to fix randomly rescheduling events for iCalendar for hours.
